Thank you for your interest in the Extended Day Program.

After March 31, 2023, please email extended.day@apsva.us to register for the current 2022-2023 school year.

Summer Extended Day registration will be open from March 13 at 8 AM through April 21 at 3 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: For Extended Day registration information to be considered for enrollment, the family account cannot have a past due balance.

Non-refundable registration fee(s) will be charged at the time of registration and must be paid by the following dates:

• If you register for the 2022-2023 School Year, registration fees are due within 10 business days of submitting registration.
• If you register for 2023 Summer Extended Day between March 13 and April 21, registration fees are due within 10 business days of submitting registration.
• If you register for the 2023-2024 semester in Phase 1, registration fees are due by May 16, 2023 at 3pm.
• If you register for the 2023-2024 semester in Phase 2, registration fee deadlines will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
• If you register for the 2023-2024 semester in Phase 3, registration fees are due by June 14, 2023 at 3pm.
• If you register for the 2023-2024 semester in Phase 4, registration fees are due within 10 business days of submitting registration.

Your registration information will be deleted if the registration fees are not received by the dates above.

New families to APS for 2023-2024 will not be able to use MySchoolBucks.com until the second week in July. To ensure deadlines are met, please use an alternate payment method as detailed on our Payment information page.
